How We Work
Advisory, interim leadership, or the whole transformation
Three ways to engage, one lifecycle — Assess, Transform, Optimize.
- Assess
- Transform
- Optimize
Advisory
Sometimes you do not need a project. You need someone who has been through this to look at what is in front of you and say what they think. A proposed architecture, a vendor contract, an implementation that is drifting, a board question you would rather answer well the first time. We work by the engagement or on a retainer, and the deliverable is a clear recommendation with the reasoning attached, so you can disagree with it on the merits.
Interim / Fractional Leadership
Your technology leader left, or the role has grown past the person doing it alongside another job, or you need executive-level judgment without a full-time executive salary. We take the seat. That means running the function, managing vendors and staff, sitting in your leadership meetings, and being accountable for what happens — not advising from outside. Interim roles bridge a search; fractional arrangements run for as long as they earn their place.
Full-Cycle Transformation
When the whole thing needs to change, someone has to own it end to end. We assess the current state, design where you are going, run the build or the consolidation, and stay through the stretch after go-live when adoption is decided. The engagement ends when your team runs the result without us. That is the intended outcome, and we would rather reach it than extend.
Start with the IT Risk & Readiness Assessment
A defined engagement, measured against a recognized control framework, that shows you which controls exist, which are documented but not operating, and which are absent — before you commit a budget.
