IT21 LLC ("IT21," "we," "us") provides business and technology consulting services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to www.it21.tech and not to any third-party site we link to.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request the IT Risk & Readiness Assessment, or download a gated resource, we collect the information in that form — such as your name, business email address, company, and any message you include. These forms are hosted and processed by HubSpot on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and reliability. HubSpot's form and tracking scripts may set cookies to associate a submission with your prior visits to the site. We do not currently run separate advertising or analytics trackers; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and the site is not directed to children.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about an engagement

• To send occasional business updates, where you have asked to receive them or where permitted by law — you can opt out of these at any time

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How it is shared

We share personal information with service providers who process it for us under contract — currently HubSpot (customer relationship management and forms) and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In each case the recipient is bound to handle the information consistently with this policy.

Retention

We keep contact and lead information for as long as needed to pursue or service the business relationship, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes. Server logs are kept on our provider's standard schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop sending you updates, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live — including California — you may have additional rights to know what we hold, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law requires.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Refusing the HubSpot cookie will not prevent you from using the site, though a form may not remember you between visits.

Security

We rely on reputable providers and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
